By downloading, accessing, or using the Athletes Edge mobile application ("App"), website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Services Description

Athletes Edge provides mental health and performance psychology resources through:

• Video content and interactive coursework
• Professional athlete experiences and insights
• Expert-led mental resilience training
• Basic and premium ("pro") access tiers
• Team management and oversight features

3. Account Registration

3.1 User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to notify Athletes Edge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Categories and Access

4.1 Individual Athletes

• Access to basic mental health resources and fundamental videos
• Option to upgrade to premium "pro" content
• Personal progress tracking

4.2 Team Coaches/Administrators

• Ability to monitor team members' mental health progress
• Access to oversight tools within privacy boundaries
• Responsibility to maintain confidentiality of athlete data
