He is the author of COACHABLE (2019) and MAKE YOUR MARK (2022), and consults with organizations like Ole Miss Men's Basketball and Coastal Carolina Baseball on leadership, emotional intelligence, and the mind-behavior connection that drives elite performance.

After a career shaped by soccer, Brent moved to New York and spent nearly a decade as a professional actor and media producer. He co-founded The Digital Dailies, one of the first networks built around sub-60-second serialized content, then launched Break Media to develop and produce work across sports, music, and entertainment. He brings a rare blend of athletic instinct and storytelling craft to how Athlete's Edge teaches the mental game.

As COO and former CTO of HelloHero, Matt drove operating expenses from 93% down to under 6% of revenue while shipping the technology that now supports 100+ schools across 30 states.
